My Caring Vet Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing our website, premises, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Client" and My Caring Vets (the "Company". All interactions with My Caring Vets are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Scope of Services and Availability

My Caring Vets provides veterinary services exclusively within the United Kingdom. All advertising, promotions, and communications are intended solely for the UK market. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to services, we do not guarantee error-free, continuous operation of our website or facilities. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of our services for your pet’s needs.

3. Liability Limitations To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Caring Vets excludes liability for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities.
2. Any loss or damage resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest.
3. Delays or disruptions in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Happy Paws Veterinary Clinic Ltd does not exclude liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. These exclusions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. CCTV Monitoring, Audio Recording, and Call Registration

For the safety, security, and operational efficiency of our clinic, My Caring Vets employs the following monitoring systems:  

1. CCTV Surveillance: Video monitoring is active inside and outside the premises. Some areas of the clinic are video-monitored only, while others may include audio recording.
2. Call Recording: Phone calls to and from the clinic may be recorded for training, quality assurance, security, and operational purposes. By entering our premises or communicating with us via phone, you explicitly consent to such monitoring, recording, and data storage as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Recordings will be handled in compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

5. Termination of Services and Refund Policy

Either party may terminate a service agreement at any time. The following terms apply:

1. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or in progress.
2. Payments received for services not yet rendered will be refunded at our discretion.
3. We reserve the right to terminate services if we determine it is in the best interest of the animal, client, or clinic

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and materials, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without express written consent from My Caring Vets.

7. External Links and Third-Party Websites

My Caring Vets may include links to third-party websites for convenience. However, we do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, security, or practices of any external site. You access such sites at your own risk.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement due to eventsbeyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. Notification of such events must be given promptly, with both parties working to mitigate any negative impact.

My Caring Vets reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Clients will be notified of significant updates at least 30 days before changes take effect. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and
Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the English courts.
